As a manufacturing company we are thinkign of introducing Annual Hours. Does anybody have any experience of using (& implementing) Annual Hours?
In order to introduce this (and other future concepts) I am thinking of introducing a Joint Consultative Committee and would like to hear from anybody who has used these, particularly in introducing Annual Hours.
