My company currently give all employees 20 days holiday per year rising to 25 after 5 years service.
I believe this to be quite low and am regularly asked by employees if this can be changed – however it appears to be quite typical of media companies.
I am interested to hear from anyone who has experience of changing annual holiday entitlement, the costs and problems associated with this. Or from anyone who has any evidence that I can use to persuade the Board that this needs updating.
