I am currently reviewing the annual leave and flexible working provisions at a registered charity. Being new to the not-for-profit sector I am struggling to source good market data. What’s considered poor, reasonable and generous in terms of annual leave in this sector? Are flexible working arrangements and the like provided in the absence of other (monetary) benefits and more attractive pay?
