i woudl like to introduce a policy regarding christmas leave.
each christmas we have large numbers of staff booking leave over christmas.
the office works to a skeleton level during the christmas period if we are open. If we are not open then the longer serving members of staff automatically think they can have time off during christmas. new staff find thsi unfair. I woudl be grateful for any ideas that can help me with this matter.
