I am doing some work for a client at the moment who would like higher annual leave entitlement for Senior Managers.  Ignoring the arguments about whether they will have time to take all their leave, can I take a straw poll of your experience in this area?

As further information, my client is in the voluntary sector and this is a "gimme" to offset the fact that they cannot offer the sort of salaries that are seen in the private sector.  However, they are keen to know what the trend is in other sectors.

If you are happy to do so, can you let me have details of the annual leave policies in your organisation and which sector you are in?
