Appeals procedure

We are currently applying to become an accredited centre for the delivery of a BTEC qualification to our employees. As part of the application process we need to submit an appeals procedure for employees who are unsuccesful in gaining the qualifictation. Currently we do not have anything which would fit the bill – the appeals procedure that we have covers disciplinary issues. Can anyone give me some guidance as to elements to include in this procedure?
