I have been asked by my organisation to investigate implementing manual worker appraisal scheme. We have a thorough ‘paper based’ scheme for officers – but – this is inappropriate for our manual staff who may have poor literacy/numeracy and who’s manager manages 20 or more staff.
Any tips, resources, etc welcome.
