I am currently looking to introduce a new appraisal process in to a culture where they have little significance. How can I sell the idea of effective performance management to the senior management team? How have other organisations demonstrated the added value of it (ie bottom line etc) to managers and to employees? Does anyone have any good appraisal forms i can have a look at please?
