I would really appreciate any advice and guidance on setting up an Apprentice Programme.  We would like to offer 5 places – 3 technical engineering [HVACR], 1 customer service and a Finance & Accounting Apprenticeship – starting in September of this year.  There appears to be a complete minefield of information / training providers etc. and I cannot get my head around how it actually works.   Is it best to work with a training provider and if so, how do I find out who are the better providers to work with?
