I am interested to hear your comments and thoughts on how valuable childcare vouchers are as part of the benefits package. Are they worth the expense? Do you provide childcare vouchers and, if so, is this as part of a salary sacrifice?

Also, do they help with recruitment and retention rates and how do you encourage your employees to take up the scheme?

Or perhaps you think they are simply a right royal waste of time and money?
