My daughter has worked as a fashion product developer for the last couple of years and has always received positive feedback and excellent pay rises. Since a change of manager her appraisals have not been satisfactory. This year she has been set objectives and is assessed weekly. However, it appears that they then move the goalposts. I am confused by their appraisal system and I would welcome any guidance in order to help my daughter move forward.
