As of next April (2004) our company is implementing an Attendance Bonus, payable every 13 weeks to employees who gain a perfect attendance record. I have been given the task of writing a policy, which I feel I am running in to a few obstacles. We work in a very strong unionised environment, and some of my queries are illnesses under the DDA, maternity leave, illnesses relating to pregnancy etc. If anybody would like to maybe share their policy with me or give me some much needed advice I would be very grateful.
