Our Company operates a six month probationary period after which employees can join the pension scheme.  The auto-enrolment process talks about a waiting period of three months before employees are enrolled.  My question is whether or not joining after the six month probationary period and backdating the payment to the three month point would be allowable under the new rules.  I can’t find any information on whether it would be or not.
