Hi all, hope someone can offer me some advice.

Staff members working accrue annual leave which is being taken as normal. During this leave however, they are permitted to work on a bank shift at their normal place of work. The bank register is managed by the same employer. Is this permissable as the staff member is effectively working on their normal PAYE annual leave, being paid for the bank shift and depending on the regularity of their bank work throughout the year, accruing additional leave as well?
