I am trying to provide to the partners of the business, which is the the most attractive benefit to offer our employees i.e. health cover, holidays.
We are a small company with 60 employees – fairly mixed workforce, but more young employees than older.
Has anyone carried out any benchmarking on this? Also how do I prove that we are comparable with other companies in what we offer in terms of benefits.
