Can anyone help me …. I would like to do some research into the benefits packages that employers offer staff. I am doing a lot of work internally trying to ensure that we keep ahead of the game, and would like to do some comparisons with other employers packages to see what areas people are focuing on e.g. are they soft benefits e.g. gym memberships, or more financially focused e.g private health, childcare/creche, higher rate maternity pay, pension contributions.

I would be grateful, if anyone would like to divulge their companies benefit details, or could point me in the direction of good courses of data/surveys etc.
