We are considering setting up a Bike to Work Scheme for our employees. My H&S Manager is of the opinion that due to the threat of litigation in the eventuality that an employee hurts themsleves whilst riding the bike, we should first put into place a company policy which provides guidance on who would be culperable in the event of an incident or accident.
Does anyone have a policy that they would be willing to share with me covering this eventuality.
