According to the news bulletins some of the recent agency workers laid off at BMW had worked continuoulsy for 4 years or more. If so, why no redundancy? If it’s because the Agency is their employer, is there not an IR35 implication? Just interested and appreciate that the news doesn’t necessarily pass on all the relevant facts.
