Has anyone had experience of introducing the Bradford Factor for measuring absence. I would be very interested in finding about the scoring applied and generally the feeling of how it was implemented within a Company, especially with regard to management and employees.

Is there any websites anyone could direct me towards & what what would the “trigger points” or standards set?
