Having been made redundant from my job as a trainer in a large company, I am considering a career change.
I enjoyed the “people” aspect of the training job and, as such, HR seemed a logical move.
I am finding it difficult, however, to make inroads into the world of HR and can find no central point-of-contact.
I need to know what qualifications I need and who best to contact to start the ball rolling.
I don’t mind starting as a generalist while I decide which area to specialise in so, basically, any advice anyone can give me will be gratefully received.
