We’re a SME of some 200+ employees working from over 40 disperate offices. I’m looking to create a meaningful budget for HR and Training. What areas should I be including in the budget lines? and roughly what cost should we be alocating to the development of staff and management? Our annual salary budget at the moment is approx £3million.
