A colleague who was (but is no longer) my manager has requested a meeting with me after hearing about my intention to resign. She heard about my intention to resign from my director, although I have not yet given written notice.
During the time that my colleague was my manager she breached policy several times, putting me in a difficult position, and on one occasion I raised this with my director, although this is not directly related to my decision to resign.
As she has been told of my resignation before it has been made official and she is no longer my line manager can I decline to meet with her?
