A colleague was demoted three months ago (with one month’s notice) but has still received no written Job Description detailing her revised duties. She has recently been informed that her Manager is unhappy with her work and that her Manager wishes to meet with her for a Guidance Interview (precursor to Disciplinary proceedings). Can anyone advise as to whether this is legal given that the colleague has no Job Description to work to?
