Every employee of our company has been paid 25 days annual holiday (plus 8 Statutory days, since 2004. The MD has now said he intends to reduce entitlement to 24 days including Bank holidays.
Furthermore, he has always paid manual staff three-quarters of their normal hourly rate for annual leave.
No-one in the company has ever had a contractual Statement of Terms and Conditions. What action can be taken by (a) employees, (b) staff being told to implement the change?
