I am aware that the new Human Rights act is in force and have heard that this affects the rights of employees who might be taped for the purpose of training needs analysis.
I work in a retail environment and want to carry out both phone and face to face mystery shops taping our customer facing staff.
Can we still do this and if yes, is their a procedure that needs to be followed?
