Looking for assistance please. I have been advised by the recruitment team where i work that we can’t ask a new start from an agency on a 6 month fixed term for her nationality as it is not correct to do that. I am unware of this being the case as I need to know she is not from one of our clients embargoed countries ? Has the legislation changed and I have missed it ?
