A collegaue of mine has been asked to advertise for a “Recent Graduate” as their client wants someone who has graduated in the last 2 years.
I’m not quite sure what I think about this. On the one hand one it could imply an age restriction, though on the other it graduates can be of any age.
I think still think area around the meaning of words is very grey.
What would you all suggest?
