Our organisation is providing staff with an opportunity of winning a car through an incentive scheme.
This car will not be a company car, and therefore, employee terms and conditions need to be drawn up.
An example:
* if the employee leaves within a two year period of winning the car, they require to return it.
I am looking to establish if anyone has provided a car as an incentive and if so, what were the T&Cs?
