We are a specialist manufacturing Company looking to introduce a Career Break policy, which would be a big cultural change for us.
I would appreciate words of wisdom from anyone who already has this in place and how to word the policy.
Some of the questions I have include :-
How do you calculate length of service? Do you class it as continuous? Do you have problems with non-returners and how do you deal with it?
