I have been a people manager for 15 years and current job title is Operations Manager for a Financial Institution. I want to move into HR and have a vast amount of experience in most of the HR areas, but how do I do this? Agencies won’t put me forward as they say I do not have the CIPD, however, I am now thinking of taking a year out and doing a Masters in HR – Do you think that is the right move? Will that open doors for me?
