I am trying to pull together a couple of case studies. First case study to highlight the ways to manage resources and ultimately performance within the social services area. Second one to highlight the use of disciplinary procedures within the work place. This is in relation to students assessment material for CMI qualifications. The idea being that students would assess the material and then provide an answer as to what was the most effective and correct actions to take given the circumstances described.
