I am looking at innovative ways of celebrating religious or cultural holidays/festivals in recognition of a diverse workforce. We have thought of offering specific food etc within our staff restaurants e.g frech cuisine on Bastille Day etc. but wondered if anyone had done something similar in a more innovative and exciting way.
I would appreciate any ideas.
