Having recently gone through an integration with a larger international company (transferred under TUPE) we are having to change our current pay date to bring it in line with the rest of the UK locations.

Luckily the pay day will be 4 days earlier than at present and not later which could have caused further problems with standing orders etc

Has anyone had to go through this and if so I would appreciate some advise.

Can we just write to the staff explainig the situation and confirming the new date. Do we have to ask them to agree or disagree with the change.
