Hi All, Part of our business deals with Servicing of our equipment at customer sites and employs a number of field based staff to do this.
We have looked in the past at moving to an ‘annualised hours’ arrangement so our staff can work flexibly to meet our customers often 24/7 requirements.
Does anyone have any experience, advice or examples of such schemes they could share? I am happy to share our finished article!
