Does anyone have experience of moving office location to a different town 20 miles away, so still commutable but perhaps much less convenient?
We want to retain all our employees so I’m interested in the strategy for persuading staff to move and the financial incentives, eg travel money, season tickets etc that formed part of the package.
Also moving forward, I’m interested in the way others word their mobility clauses to allow for a potential change in location such as this.
