In order to move forward in my career I have been advised that I need to be CIPD qualified. I am a “mature” lady who does not like the prospect of studying again and wondered if anyone out there had undertaking these qualifications either by distance learning or correspondence? Any advice gratefully received!
I would like to be a HR generalist and not particularly interested in specialising in one area.
