I am looking for organisations (companies, associations, governement) in the U.K. which are applying SOCIOCRATIC principles (Sociocracy, ‘Collaborative Governance‘), or similar in their decision-making processes.
I am trying to establish who how many organisations in the UK are familiar with the concept Sociocracy and what their experience has been. I am particularly keen to hear how HR has introduced or reacted to (as the case may be) to sociocracy in their organisations.
