Can anyone help a lady under extreme pressure!
I have managed a collective consultation process twice before. My trusty laptop contained everything I need to know and produce, and all the information I need to share with managers and staff about the process.
My laptop has died and I have lost everything.
Does anyone have some generic material they could possibly send me for both 90 day collective and individual consultation pertinent to about 500 staff at risk in a multi site company?
Examples are :
Documents/ presentation material outlining the process and meaning of consultation to line managers, employee reps, and individual staff at risk;
Initial announcement to staff (fill in the blanks)
Suite of standard letters for collective consultation to the employee reps and individuals (“fill in the blanks”) – invites to meetings etc
Information on ballot process;
Example of a ballot paper
Any information on scoring when selecting for redundancy.
Would really appreciate any help!!
