I am currently on an change management assignment and as part of the progression I am updating the handbook and general policies. The current sickness, bullying and diversity policies in particular are out of date and limited in their useful application. Would anyone be prepared to share their policies on these areas? I am happy to dicuss individually why these policies are problematic and the reasons for the change programme.
