Wonder if anyone can help me? I am looking to find out the minimum and maximum payments of compensation applicable to candidates should they feel that they have unfairly discriminated against during the selection process for a post. That is they are not employees of the company, but candidates applying for a job.
I have tried various websites but to no avail.
