Compensation structure in EPC industry

I'm looking to restrucutre compensation in our organisation.I'd appreciate any help thaty I

could get in benchmarking Compensation in EPC industry e.g. Basic/variable as % of CTC,Perfromance bonus payout(%),Retention bonus and various allowances paid.
