I need help, our current appraisal system is ineffective for a number of reasons. What I would like to do is to build a competency framework linked to the corporate values and then use these competencies in a 360 degree appraisal system.
I thought this would be straight forward until I started my research, now I am confused as to the different levels of competencies, core competencies, job or role related, cognitive or experiential. It suddenly seems like a mammoth task. Does anyone have any experience of this?
