I am doing some work of policy regarding harrassment/bullying isues
I am wanting to know as part of best practice we can include a phrase that says once all our procedures have been properly completed that the final decision draws a line under it and there will be no other avenues to pursue the compliant? would we fall foul of anything i.e. human rights etc?
