We have a situation between two employees which needs resolving. Formal grievance processes have been used and much stress is being felt by the employees concerned. Essentially they have a very poor working relationship and each have made allegations against the other of bullying.

We are looking at the following:

1. Mediation.

2. One-to-one coaching to develop key individual behaviours and help them avoid situations of conflict.

3. Developing a better culture and employee / manager awareness of relevant behaviours, thereby instilling respect for colleagues and avoiding numerous allegations of bullying (which is becoming the situation)

We have considered ACAS for the mediation aspect.

Does anyone have any recommendations for suppliers of the services above?
