Can anyone please share a contigency plan for my not for profit organisation – we have 2,000 paid employees, 5,000 volunteers, across 250 branches in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. We deliver care services.
Specifically, how we might manage a flu pandemic.
I have seen a couple – but these are 200 pages long! So something very clear and concise, to include home working, teleconferencing, cessation of travel, etc. I already have information on advising employees how to take care of themselves.
