We employ IT Trainers and are always looking for new staff to cover particular contracts. In the current climate we feel it would be more sensible to take new employees on with a 6 month renewable contract. Can anyone give me an idea of special rules that would apply to these contracts – I am particularly keen to find out about holiday and sickness rules. If anyone can direct me to a website that would answer this question I would be very grateful.
