I have recently started as an HR Manager and on reviewing the personnel files, have discovered that a large number of them do not have anything constituting a contract of employment in them.
As it is a legal requirement for each employee to have one of these, would it be best for me to re-distribute a contract to each individual who does not have one on their file?
If so, what’s the best way to go about it, bearing in mind that some people may have varying terms and conditions across the organisation.
