We have identified reducing absenteeism as a six sigma project and our team which includes representation from all parts of the company would like to review the pro’s and cons of a variety of controls and rewards such as the Bradford Formula (Particularly how do you apply it?), Attendance Bonus, Different types of Sick Pay schemes and Return to Work interviews (particularly who carries them out).
I know this issue has come up before, I have reviewed the posts on this subject but I would welcome any further input.
