I am looking for thoughts and ideas on a totally new approach to corporate training.
I have the basis for the theory, but would like to get others opinions on whether synergy is a good thing or not, and whether anyone out there has individualised the training and HR startegies with regard to this.
Basically, it is a unique way of indentifying key competents (individuals) of an organisation (not to be mistaken for core competencies).
A little like clinical discrimination of deploying and prioritising the training budget.
Anyone done anything like this in their organisation?
I would appreciate ANY comments or help.
