CPD Policy Plan – CPP Project

Hi,

I am a few weeks in to my CPP course and I have to do a Project on something that is lacking/failing in our organisation. I work in local government so most of the P&P’s are up to scratch or have recently been reviewed. However, we do not have a CPD Policy and thought this maybe something to work on for my project. Trouble is, I really don’t know where to start and I am not sure if this is something I should be focusing on or should I just stick to an easier option, by doing something like Appraisals / Sickness? I just really want some reassurance or advise please!!!
